2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your studio or business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- The message or other information you choose to submit
- Submission and consent records associated with the form
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the request, arrange a conversation where appropriate, and discuss or provide AcreLab services if you choose to proceed.
We do not sell enquiry information.
4. How the enquiry is handled
The website uses Netlify for hosting and form handling. Submitted enquiries may pass through Make for workflow processing and Google services for internal email and AI-assisted formatting of the enquiry notification. These services process information only as needed for the workflow AcreLab operates.
We do not use the website form to make automated decisions about whether someone receives a service or other legal or similarly significant outcome.
5. Consent and choices
The enquiry form requires an unticked consent checkbox before submission. Where consent is relied on, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that may otherwise be permitted by applicable law.
You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and any records we are required or entitled to retain.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Exact retention periods may depend on the nature of the enquiry and the records involved.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the way the website is operated. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Cookies and analytics
AcreLab currently does not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies on this website. The site may use ordinary technical mechanisms required for hosting, security, form handling, or browser functionality.
If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies later, we will update this notice and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
9. Your data requests
For a data request, correction, deletion request, consent withdrawal, or privacy question, email acrelab.business@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Changes
We may update this notice when the website, services, processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a material revision is made.
This is a plain-language website notice and is not legal advice. AcreLab should obtain professional legal review if its data processing, business structure, client contracts, or regulatory obligations materially change.
