These terms apply to your use of the AcreLab website. They are intentionally short and focused on the website rather than replacing a negotiated client services agreement.

1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about AcreLab's services or contact AcreLab. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, or use the enquiry form for spam or unlawful activity.
2. Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the website form, sending an email, or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not create a client relationship, service agreement, guarantee of availability, or obligation for either party. Any paid work will be governed by a separate agreement where applicable.
3. Service information
Website descriptions are general information about the types of systems AcreLab may design and implement. The actual scope, integrations, timelines, fees, responsibilities, security requirements, and deliverables for a client will depend on the agreed project.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
AcreLab describes intended business outcomes such as faster response, more consistent follow-up, clearer ownership and less repetitive administration. These statements are not guarantees of revenue, conversions, profit, client retention, or any particular financial result.
5. Intellectual property
The AcreLab name, branding, website design, copy, original graphics, code and other materials on this site belong to AcreLab or are used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp, email, Netlify, scheduling tools, analytics providers if later enabled, or other external platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. AcreLab is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside its control.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every page or integration will always work.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, information on this website is provided on an as-is basis and AcreLab is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information. Client-specific liability, warranties, and remedies should be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
